Who Told?

OK,,, so somebody guessed my secret... Pony Club Dad... Was sending out solicitations for sponsors and back came the response...

"You HAVE to be a Dad of a dressage rider to be doing all of this! Lots of moms get involved but not too many dads. Bless you!!"

Go figure... It's easy being a Pony Club Dad... specially if you're divorced... live alone, no kid, no spouse, no horse, no life... well, not altogether...

I miss the daughter, and I miss the horses, and at 5 AM I listen for the coffee maker to click on and the snow beating against the windows and promise that as soon as I get up I'll think about how to help the pony club...

ergo, lots of time to do the mailing and management for the fundraiser. My business life is involved with electronic and email marketing, so it's not a stretch to figure out how to reach out to a couple thousand people when it's time to set something up.

In my spare time I've adopted http://www.dressage4kids.com/ as a probono client and do stuff for Lendon. Great fun, great contacts, and great visability in the eq-world.
